My Story
Hi, I'm Randy Olsen, and technology has always been a part of my life—long before I ever called it a career. I faced many health challenges as a child that kept me off my feet for long periods. That didn't stop me from keeping my hands (and my mind) busy. My dad would bring home old laptops, and I loved taking them apart, figuring out how they worked, and putting them back together. That curiosity turned into a passion, and before I knew it, I was programming, troubleshooting, and building tech solutions just for fun.
After becoming a below-the-knee amputee later in life, I faced a whole new set of challenges. Instead of getting frustrated, I did what I've always done—I built solutions. I designed my home assist technology to make my life easier, proving that technology should adapt to people, not the other way around.
I worked in corporate IT for years, but something always felt off. The industry often puts processes over people, and that just didn't sit right with me. I've always believed in hard work, trust, and honesty. I wanted to build a company that reflects those values—where people know they're getting real solutions, not just a scripted response.
With the support of my wife, I took a leap of faith and started my mobile IT company. Now, I get to do what I love—help businesses and individuals get the technology support they need. Whether it's fixing a computer, setting up a network, or customizing solutions to fit unique challenges, I believe IT support should be personal, reliable, and built on trust.
I know what it's like to face obstacles. I also know that the right tools—and the right people—can make all the difference. If you're looking for honest advice, hardworking solutions, and an IT partner who actually listens, you're in the right place.
Let's build something great together.
